Not Just for Sharing
It's no secret that PDF tasks are useful for sharing documents, articles, and handouts with your learners. But did you know that you can use PDFs to collect information from learners?
Learners can fill out a PDF form online, then save, print, or email the completed forms.
What You'll Need
- A PDF of your form
- Adobe Acrobat Pro
How It's Done

Open your form in Adobe Acrobat Pro and add form fields anywhere you want to allow learners to enter information.
You'll want to define the properties of your fields such as its name and tooltip text.
Next, you'll need to add a button that will allow learners to save their content.
The last step is to finalize your form and add it to your course as a PDF task.

Next week we'll show you how to automatically create a course completion certificate using PDFs.
